My Records | Access Client Records
This is a drop down of Entity Types in your SAM site. Users may click on the colored tabs to access a screen filtered to that entity type with Quick Search and Entity specific Report Menu.
Add Forms configured to insert new records into your SAM site are available beneath each entity tab.

Users can click their name to access information about their Person record, Email Settings, and managing their Report Menu.

Settings
Click the gear icon to open Settings. SAM Leads have full access to all settings, while other users may have limited access based on their permission level.
Quick Search
Quick Search allows you to find a record by typing in the name, phone number, or email. Use the dropdown for different name and search options.
Search is triggered after the first two letters have been entered when searching by name. When searching phone numbers, special characters, such as parenthesis or hyphens, are excluded to ensure a phone number in any format is found.
Quick Search Results shows Entity ID, Case ID, and the Record's Name.
Note: Case ID is only displayed for entities that have a Case table and you are searching by Entity ID or Case ID.
Add Quick Search Options
It's possible to include additional Fields in Quick Search to search by.
Quick Search fields must be on the Main Entity or Case Table, and must be a Text, Number or ID field type.

In SAM, access Field Properties for the field you want to include > click Advanced Options > click Include in Quick Search Fields The next time you click on the Entity (sidebar), the new Quick Search Field will be available in the drop-down. |
The default Quick Search Options, Last Name, First Name, Phone and Email, cannot be disabled/removed.
Remove Quick Search Options

In SAM, access Field Properties for the field you want to include > click Advanced Options > click Remove from Quick Search Fields The next time you click on the Entity tab, the option will be unavailable. |
My Tasks
On the Home Page, users may see upcoming/past due Checklist Items they are responsible to complete.
Report Menu
My Report Menu
This Report Menu is specific to the User logged in.
Users can manage their Report Menu through the ? icon > Report Menu and add reports to their Report Menu easily through the Report Sidebar. SAM Guide: Report Overview
Report Menu by Main Entity Type
Use the dropdown to view reports for a specific entity like Family, Child, Organization etc.
System Reports
System Reports are there to help SAM Leads manage the site and give a high level overview of SAM. These reports include information on: who has access to the site, email sending out of SAM and email importing, as well as information on the Tables/Fields, enabled Auto Actions, Forms, and Templates on your site.
