A Report Menu is a collection of Reports regularly accessed by users.
Access Report Menus
There are three (3) areas in SAM to find report menus:
A User's Report Menu - This Report Menu is shown on the Home Page of SAM and is unique to the user logged in.
An Entity Report Menu - This report menu is displayed on each Entity tab. Reports on this menu are accessible to your team.
Care Payments Hub Menu - This report menu is available under Settings (gear icon) > Care Payments Hub. These reports are intended for the accounting team for foster care payments.
Configure Report Menus
SAM Leads can setup Report Menus to apply to users as a template of reports for the user's role. Users can modify their report menu creating a custom report menu for that user.
Create a Report Menu

In SAM, click Settings (gear icon) > Reports > Click Report Menus > Click Create New Report Menu > enter Report Menu Name > Save > click Add Report button > select desired reports > Save SAM will direct you to the Report Menu Builder Modify the Report Menu Name or Delete Report Menu from the sidebar. |
Edit Existing Report Menu

In SAM, click Settings (gear icon) > Reports > Report Menus (sidebar) > Edit Existing Report Menu > select desired Report Menu > click Add Report > add a check next to desired reports to add to menu > Save |
Reorder Reports on Report Menu

In SAM, click Settings (gear icon) > Reports > Report Menus (sidebar) > Edit Existing Report Menu > select desired Report Menu > use dropdown list to order as desired |
Remove Reports on your Report Menu

In SAM, click Settings (gear icon) > Reports > Report Menus (sidebar) > Edit Existing Report Menu > select desired Report Menu > click Delete button (trash can icon) next to desired report > OK Deleting a report from a Report Menu does not delete the report from SAM. |
Rename a Report Menu
When a user starts adding reports to their Report Menu, SAM will create a report menu for that user named "Custom Menu for [User]." This is a one time setting and is not influenced by a user's name change.

In SAM, click Settings > Reports > Report Menus (sidebar) > Edit Existing Report Menu > select desired Report Menu > click Edit Report Menu Name > update as desired > Save |
Delete Report Menu

In SAM, click Settings (gear icon) > Reports > Report Menus (sidebar) > Edit Existing Report Menu > select desired Report Menu > click Delete Report Menu (sidebar) > OK SAM will direct you to the selection of Report Menus. |
Apply a Report Menu for a User

In SAM, open a user's Person record > click Edit Login/Permissions (sidebar) > set Report Menu from dropdown list of Report Menus > Save |
Modify your Report Menu
Users can customize their Report Menu with reports they access frequently.
