Changes to Email Importing
In 2026, we updated our pricing model to include email importing as a feature for Users, rather than as an add-on to person records with an additional charge.
As part of this change, email importing is now available only for active Users. Email importing for person records without an established User account will be discontinued.
What you need to do:
If you have been contacted, our support team identified your agency as having person records that are not established as users and have email importing enabled. A report has been provided identifying the person records where email importing is enabled while the associated login is disabled.
Review the report and take the appropriate action for each affected record:
- Add Seats and enable user access for person records where email importing should remain active.
- If a person should not have User access, disable email importing for that record.
Guides to support these actions:
- Manage Seats in Billing Center
- Enable a User
- Disable email connection for a Person
What happens if no action is taken?
Email importing will no longer function for person records that are not established as Users, even if email importing remains enabled.
To help ensure your records are aligned with this change, person records without User access will be automatically updated to disable email importing by November 2026.
We appreciate your attention to this change and encourage you to review the report at your earliest convenience.
