The Billing Center allows SAM Leads to view billing details for the Organization such as Seat Count, Contract Type with SAM, and any Add-Ons.

Access Billing Center
| In SAM, click Settings (gear icon) > Billing Center |
Contract Type & Seats
This section displays how your Organization's base price is defined (Seat Count) and how often your contract is renewed (Contract Type).
⚠️Please review Pricing to determine Seat Count and Contract Type that best suits your Organization's needs.
| Contract Type | Contract Type is how often your contract with SAM renews. The Contract Type can be Monthly or Annual. |
| Contract End Date | Contract End Date is the last day before your contract renews with SAM. |
| Seat Count | Seat Count is the total number of Team Members that can have login access to SAM. This count directly impacts billing. |
| Seats Used | Seats Used totals Users that currently have login access to SAM. This number does not impact billing. |
| Seats Remaining | Seats Remaining is how many additional users can be provided login access without going over your Seat Count. |
Add-Ons
Add-Ons are additional features and settings to enhance your experience with SAM. 'Yes' next to the Add On means that it is enabled in your SAM site.

| Form Customizer | Form Customizer is the tool that allows SAM Leads to configure custom Forms and Tables/Fields in SAM. |
| Auto Action Tier | The range shown here defines how many Auto Action Packs your Organization is billed for. Auto Action Packs determine if the number of enabled Auto Actions in your site exceeds the included number of Auto Actions. |
| Direct Port ℹ️ | Direct Port access grants you read-only access to the database directly. |
| Custom/Premium URL ℹ️ | Do you access SAM through a URL other than [YourWebsiteAddress].mysamdb.com? If so, your Organization's SAM site has a Custom/Premium URL. |

Team Members with Enabled Logins
Team members that have login access to SAM and fill up your Organization's Seat Count. Through the Details link, SAM Leads can disable login and manage Permissions at any time for any user.
Manage Billing
SAM Leads can update the Seat Count, Contract Type, and enable/disable the Form Customizer Add-On.
Reports & Pricing Info on Sidebar
Monthly Services
This report displays billing settings at the end of each month for Contract Type, Billing Cycle Start / End Dates, Seat Counts, and Add-Ons.
Billing Modifications
This report shows any changes that impacts billing such as changes to Seat Count, the Contract Type, and Auto Action Tier.
