Updated the design of displaying Receipts & Invoices to be more user friendly. When viewing all Receipts & Invoices, "Created for" is color coded to the Main Entity Type.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where the ID to display the name of the logged in user was conflicting with fields titled "Name" preventing users from saving forms.
- Fixed issue with the Add Checklist Section sidebar link not linking to the appropriate case when necessary.
