Release Date: 10/22/2026
What's New in the Upcoming Update
- Improved account security: When a user's access is disabled, they will be logged out the next time they navigate within SAM. They will be redirected to the login screen, and their existing credentials will no longer grant access.
- Restored Auto Complete functionality: Browser-based autocomplete is available again, making it easier to fill in fields using your browser's saved information.
- Restored drag-and-drop document uploads: Drag and drop documents directly into document upload fields for a simpler, more convenient upload experience.
- Clearer guidance for document uploads: Updated messages help users understand how to upload documents intended for public access, including logos, downloadable documents in checklist configurations, and documents used in templates.
- More precise report statistics: Report Stats now display decimal points instead of rounding aggregated values to whole numbers, providing a more accurate view of your data.
- More precise Excel exports: Exported report values can now include up to four decimal places, preserving greater detail in your data.
- Improved support for HEIC/HEIF images: HEIC and HEIF image files are automatically converted to JPEG format so they can display in client picture icons and photo repositories, such as those commonly found on client cover pages.
Deprecated Functions
- Bulk email attachments are no longer available: Bulk Emails can no longer be configured to include file attachments. To share downloadable documents by email, use the Insert Document Link option in Templates. This allows recipients to access and download the document through a link in the email.
- List items can no longer be deleted: SAM Leads can disable list items to remove them from the options available to users. This allows agencies to keep outdated options out of view while preserving existing records that may reference those items.
