• Form Screen Updates: 
  • Form List accessible via Settings > Forms has been updated.
  • Advanced Form Properties Screen has been updated to simplify options and provide clearer settings titles and hints to support users. 
  • Deprecation of Email Notification Settings on Forms
    • For clients using this function, the option will continue to work as expected. 
    • To be notified of submission for new forms, Auto Actions will need to be used. 

  • Form Properties are displayed on subforms in Form Customizer for quick visibility to Table and other form options

    

• Image Orientation added to Record Photos. This tool will automatically aim to correct a photo that's uploaded sideways upright for more ease with looking at client photos.
• Added Loading spinner for Checklists to communicate system is processing request to users.
• Disable Field Function has been reworked to remove the field from Forms, Reports, Auto Actions, Checklists, and Filters. This does not remove the disabled field from Templates.
• Improved security and transaction audits in Activity Tracking reports to account for Exporting to Excel and Downloading files. 
• Checklist Screen link titles have been simplified along with updates to Modification History links throughout for consistency. 
• Advanced Options on field properties page have been reduced
• Sidebar links on Checklists have been renamed for clarity
• Templates page has been updated to match the look of the Forms page
• Templates are the same width as page content and scroll if too wide
• Autocomplete is turned off to prevent the user's browser from filling in information

• Using Quick Search in mobile works as expected. 
• Improved Form Name changes for horizontal forms in Form Customizer
• Section Hint displays for all form types
• Removed additional wording of "using template" displayed on Auto Actions Send To
• Timeline fields show Year and Month on a Template-Report (report added to a Template)
• Hyperlink field allows longer URLs
• When sending Invoices / Receipts, SAM is consistent when displaying who the email is from
