This release is for clients with the SAMi interface. 

Highlights for this Release: 

• As requested by clients, Reports have been improved to show more data.
• Updated phone number input for to assist users with data entry. 
• Improved Family Photo Handling & Visibility
• Field titles and labels now appear for the photo field in the Form Customizer.
• Removed "SAM_Master-191-ADMINDisableSAMUserTeamEmail" from Auto Actions.
• An alert now displays when a form is generated without fields.
• Public Forms Updates
  • Submit button now fully visible and functional on mobile device view.
  • Functionality to delete on Public Form record with subrecords has been removed.
  • Restored the submit button on public forms.
• Foster Care Accounting 
  • You can now select a foster family as the location for a child's record.
• Enhanced Setup Bulk Email Page: The "Send Emails Continuously" option is now hidden for non-developer users.

Report Enhancements 

SAM's Report interface has been improved to enlarge the actual report to show more data. When reports have enough columns to require a scrollbar, the scrollbar will also be found at the top of the report to make it easier to users to read the full report. 

Phone Number Field Improvement 

The phone number field has been updated to assist users with data entry. For US numbers, SAM shows the structure for data entry prior to and after a number is entered vs a number string.

Click Enter International to adjust the entry from a US number. 

Family Photo Handling Improvements 

Where photos are requested for families to enter through public forms, SAM is now clearer when photos are uploaded to end users. For staff viewing photos on the application, they can see the different photos vs a duplication of the default photo for a more user-friendly experience.

Resolved Family Photo Card Bug: The issue in the Application Form where users were incorrectly prompted with "photo not chosen" despite having uploaded a photo.

Form Customizer Improvements

When SAM Leads are customizing forms in Form Customizer and using Photo Fields, they can clearly see these fields like other fields for easier organization. 

Forms that have tables added without fields from that table included on the form can create form generation errors. SAM will now display an Alert to notify SAM Leads to address this (remove the table or add fields from the specified table) to prevent form regeneration errors. 

Public Forms Updates

Submit button on Public Forms

• SAM Leads can now choose to display a Save or Submit button when end users complete forms. Save is useful for public forms with multiple parts as end users navigate through a long form. 
• Submit is useful for final pages to

Functionality that allowed end users to delete records from Public Forms has been removed.

Foster Care Accounting 

With the new SAMi interface, we found several issues with the calculations and accessing records. These issues have been resolved with this release.

Send Emails Continuously option is now hidden for non-developer users.
