Security Center is a reference for SAM Leads to view and manage users and security settings.

In SAM, click Settings (gear icon) > System > Security Center |
People with Enabled Logins
This form shows:
- Full Name of User - Person record with access to your SAM site
- Permission Type - Permission type assigned to the User
- Days since User updated password - each time user updates their password, a new date is recorded
- Last Login Date/Time and IP Address - last date and time the User logged into SAM and their IP Address
- Last Session Expiration Date/Time (Auto Logout)
- Browser Type - internet browser the User logged into SAM with
The User's name links to their Person record where SAM Leads can make changes to the user's Permissions or view contact details.

System Emails Tracking
The System Emails Tracking report allows SAM Leads to track emails sent from hello@mysamdb.com to all users regarding:
- MFA Codes
- Password Reset
- Initial Credentials Setup
- Security email address updated
MFA Registered Devices
The MFA Registered Devices report allows SAM Leads to view who has registered their devices and when it expires.

Important Note: When users register their device, they bypass the requirement for an MFA Code for a set period of time. Please see Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for additional information. |
Managing Users
From the People with Enabled Logins form, SAM Leads can adjust a user's settings.

In SAM, Settings (gear icon) > System > Security Center > click on a User's name to access their Person Form |
