Google OAuth Policy Update
For users with Google Workspace/Gmail accounts synced to SAM for Email Sending/Importing.
Google has updated their terms to enforce users to re-authenticate their account with third party apps, like SAM, every 6 months. We have added an Alert to remind users to authenticate prior to expiration. This alert will be shown when users login to SAM when the expiration is upcoming.
What you need to know from Google:
After June 3, 2024, Gmail access granted to reporting and monitoring apps will automatically expire after six months. Users must renew permissions for continued access. Unless renewed by the user, any existing Gmail access granted to these apps will expire on July 15, 2024. Users will be able to renew or revoke this access at any time through the “Third-party apps & services'' page on My Account. Google will send reminders about upcoming access expirations in order to renew them before they expire.

SAM Guide: Multi-record Tables & Forms
Update to SAM's Administrative Forms
These forms are used by SAM Leads and SAM's Support team.
- Advanced Table Properties: added a configuration field 'Open Details Form', so users can set the form accessed from Reports to get to specific records.
- Advanced Field Properties: added a configuration field 'Big-Search-List Add Record Form' to set the form to add a new record when needed from a Big Search List Field.
- Advanced Form Properties: added three (3) configuration fields to show/hide conditional subforms as a setting to improve form useability. A new section has been added: Subform Visibility. This is shown on the Advanced Form Properties screen for all forms, but is only functional on Multi-record subforms.

When SAM Leads access these forms for the first time after release it may take a few moments to open and a refresh may be needed to see the new fields.
Modification History Update
When Auto Actions insert Records, SAM will now show the Auto Action that inserted it.

Checklist Trigger Update
When Auto Actions insert records, SAM will also trigger checklists. This was only happening on Update Records, but that wasn't user's anticipated behavior.

List Management: Show on Public Forms Updated
When managing lists, SAM Leads can allow some list items to be shown on Public Forms, while others are for internal users only. We've updated the function to set the value to No, rather than Yes for Shown on Public Forms, so users can decide which to share with end users vs which not to share.
