Highlights of September's Release:
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled at every login
- Checklist Public Form is working!
- Reply to is fixed when sending a bulk email
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To bolster your account security, we've added MFA to login. This is an additional step to the login process that requires users to enter a security code sent your email account before gaining access to SAM.
Here's our guide on Multi-Factor Authentication to understand how this works.
Users without a work email entered prior to the release will not be able to login until the new Security Email Address is entered. SAM Leads (users with Full Admin permission) can access the user's Person record > click Edit Login Permissions > update the Security Email Address. Once this is entered, the user will be able to login.
Checklist Public Form is working!!
To gain visibility to a client's public checklist, we have added a link to make this easy for your team. Look for the link on the sidebar within the Checklist section.
Bulk Email Reply To Working
The Reply to email address when sending a bulk email had discontinued working after the update to email settings to use OAuth. That issue has been addressed and is working as expected again.
