Consider SAM's Client Portal

• Client Portals are often used as a landing page to allow clients to login and ground before proceeding.  Using the Sidebar, SAM Leads can offer clients links to other Public Forms, like Client Checklists or Public Forms based on Placements where families can report on children in their care. 
• Client Checklists are often part of an agency's Client Portal, but can also be offered stand alone.
