Clarify your programs to be added to SAM 

Most adoption and foster care programs serve multiple client types — families, children, and birth parents. Because the process for working with families is different from the process for working with children, it’s important to map out each client’s journey separately within your program.

• List all of your programs.
• Then decide which program — and which clients within that program — you want to set up in SAM first.
