At Signup
- When you signup for SAM, we’ll share a New Client Info form for you to share your agency’s goals and logos so our team can setup your site and start some customization
- Once you receive your new SAM site, you’ll be able to login and play around
- On the following Monday, we’ll start a daily email series to share info about SAM with your SAM Leads
SAM Lead Training Begins
- Over the next 8 weeks, your team will need to block time to watch how-to videos, plan for your process, and practice the concepts that we’ll send via email.
- There are built-in break weeks to allow your team to review what’s previously been shared.
SAM Support
- For on-demand help, visit our Help Guides or support.inreachsolutions.com or through the Help link in SAM.
- Ask questions through SAM’s ticketing system anytime, we’ll respond usually within 24 hours, except for weekends and holidays.
- You’re welcome to join SAM Talks anytime to ask questions and get to know our community of SAM users.
- You can also request a call through our scheduling system for a one-on-one conversation with our support team. Support rates are defined in our Terms of Service.
SAM Lead Consultation
- We offer an a la carte option for consultation with our Support team.
- We've seen successful agencies budget for 1-2 calls per month for about 3-4 months after your team has gone through our 8-week SAM Lead email series. In these calls, our team supports you, as you work your way through your client journey and customize SAM.
- These consultation calls can be requested through our scheduling system for a one-on-one conversation with our support team. Support rates are defined in our Terms of Service.
Know that customization and process changes are a sign of growth and will continue until you decide to discontinue using SAM. Taking advantage of our SAM Talks calls and setting aside time for learning SAM are key to your team’s success. We're looking forward to working with you!
