Email Settings
Now that you know how you can use SAM to send and import emails, you must connect SAM with your email provider. We have detailed instructions for you below. If you get stuck, contact our support team.
There are three email settings in SAM to configure:
- Email Sending
- Email Importing
- User Email Settings - Once system settings are entered, each user that will send or import emails should link their email account with SAM.
Permissions
SAM comes with three permissions, View, View/Edit and Full Admin. Sometimes users will need variations. Here's what SAM Leads need to know:
