There are two primary ways for your team to get email notifications from SAM.
1) When a public form is submitted
To set this up, open the public form > Advanced Options > Email Notification Settings
Check to send an email notification, enter the email address(es) to send to and select a template if you'd like to create one.
2) With the setup of an Auto Action
Determine when your team should be notified and what data entry is entered that triggers the email to be sent. Much of the time the entry of a date, when a task is completed will trigger an email.
