Background ChecksUse Background Check records to track all check types and specifics for each Applicant and People that live in the family's home.
Each Background Check record contains specific information related to state/address, date submitted, received and expiration dates, and others as needed for your record keeping. Not all of these fields will be present on your forms to start. They can be added as needed for your record keeping.

Integrating Auto Actions
Auto Actions can be added to insert Background Check records per Applicant/Provider and per Person in Home when an event is triggered, like Home Study - HS Packet Sent Date is entered. The "For" field can be set from Ap 1 Full Name, Ap 2 Full Name or Person in Home Full Name.
