Public Checklists provide you and your clients an online space to coordinate documentation.
Most checklist items shown to clients are setup for clients to complete documentation or fill out forms needed for their program.
Where to find your Public Checklists
By default, Family and Foster Family Checklists are available. These forms can be found under Settings > Public Forms Links.
Checklist items configured to be shown to clients are available for client access once the Checklist Section is available to the client.
Link to Public Forms
Connect other public forms to checklists, so clients can enter data directly into SAM. These checklist items have a different icon that documents.
It's possible to include a document for download/upload to with forms linked too.
Share Documents with Clients
You can add documents with your clients that can be downloaded and completed locally, then uploaded back to the checklist.
Hide Visibility of Checklist Sections to Clients
This is helpful to focus clients on specific checklist sections and once a section is complete, your team can control client access to modifying the documents they've submitted.
From a client's Case Checklist you will see an eye icon on each Checklist section that has any Checklist Items that are shown to clients.
After clicking and updating the option, the eye icon will show with a line through it so you'll know what the client can and cannot view through the online checklist.
