Checklists shared through public forms provide you and your clients an online space to coordinate documentation. Most checklist items shared with clients are to collect documentation or complete forms required for their program.
Where to find public Checklists
By default, family and foster family checklists are available. These forms can be found under Settings > Public Forms Links.
Show checklist sections to clients
Checklist sections must be configured to be shown to clients through Checklist Configuration. When the checklist section is triggered on a client's record, the client can view the public checklist to complete the checklist items shown to them.

Link to Public Forms
Connect other public forms to checklists, so clients can enter data directly into SAM. These checklist items have a different icon that documents.
It's possible to include a document for download/upload to with forms linked too.
Share Documents with Clients
You can add documents with your clients that can be downloaded and completed locally, then uploaded back to the checklist.
Hide Visibility of Checklist Sections to Clients
This function allows your team to focus clients on specific checklist sections and limit access to modifying documents submitted once a section is complete.
From a client's case checklist you will see an eye icon on each checklist section that has any checklist Items that are shown to clients. After clicking and updating the option, the eye icon will show with a line through it so users know what the client can and cannot view through the online checklist.
