Templates are available to create messaging and forms that can be used throughout your process to send consistent, personalized emails, and print forms for and about client records in SAM. This saves an immense amount of time opposed to copy and pasting client details and rewriting standard agency communications.
Templates are often used to communicate directly with a client or to provide an email notification to staff that a transition or milestone has occurred on the case.
Fields from records, links to forms and reports to display information about a client can all be added to a template.
