Once our team has run the migration and your data set is imported into SAM, it's time for you to review and approve.
What we provide:
We will build a few reports to exactly match the tables that you sent and a few that will help you visualize the data more clearly.
We may also provide any notes if we noticed any special mentions in our initial review.
What you should do:
Open the reports! Review the count of records against the number on your spreadsheets. Some variation may occur due to the case table or other modifications that were needed.
Open records to review where the fields are on your forms.
Take notes of inconsistencies or changes you notice, so they can be shared with our team and we can open a discussion. If all looks well, let us know you approve the migration. Send all correspondence to support@inreachsolutions.com.
After approval:
Once the data import has been approved, we can manipulate the data to line your legacy data with your processes in SAM.
This will vary case by case, but some examples are:
- Update case type
- Use the dates to determine the current case stage
- Update workers, relationships and other information based on what's available.
- Hide legacy fields that won't be used ongoing.
