SAM admins and Accountants may need to see the details of invoices for SAM. We have added a Usage Summary report refreshed monthly to coincide with your invoice.
View Usage Reports and Logins
- Navigate to Settings > Security Center.
- Several User and Usage reports are linked on the sidebar.
Usage Summary - Monthly
This report shows the aggregate of user counts, Full Admin permissions and Email importing for all users in your site. Each month, you can compare this report to your invoice to review.
User | Software Usage - Monthly
This report shows the detail of users in your system. It captures Users with active logins during each month that are counted toward your invoice each month of usage tracking.
Make Sense of the Report
Calculated On shows the day after the Billing period, which is the date invoices are created from usage calculations.
The Start and End Dates are the first and last dates of the Billing Period.
The Last Login Date shows that users last successful login to your system.
If a user had a login disabled, email importing disabled or change of permission from Full Admin mid-month, that user will still show Yes for the specific setting.
