The Template Designer has many options to style the formatting of your template.
Use the drop down to change the font for the text that you have highlighted in the body of the message or to change the font going forward when you have your cursor placed inside the body of the message.
This drop down will change the font size. Highlight the text that you want to change the font size of and then click the appropriate size from the drop down. BoldHighlight the text you want to bold, then press the upper case "B" from the toolbar to bold the text.
Highlight the text you want to italicize, then press the upper case "I" from the toolbar to put the text in italics.
Highlight the text you want to underline, then press the upper case "U" from the toolbar to underline the text.
Highlight the text you want to strikethrough, then press the upper case "S" from the toolbar to strikethrough the text.
Change Font Color
To change the color of your text, highlight the text to be changed, then click the "T with table next to it" icon and select the color you want.
To put a background highlight on text, select the text you want, then click the icon with the dropper and color table behind it. Select the color you want and the text will be highlighted.
Paragraph Handling Justification
Highlight the text that needs to be modified, then click the type of justification you want. You can choose a block, left, center or right justification.
Click the icon with bullets to begin a bullet list or select a group of text and press the bullet icon, then the text will have bullets at each paragraph.
Click the numbered list icon to begin a numbered list or select a group of text and press the icon, then the text will be numbered at each paragraph.
Select the text to change the indentation on, and click either the left or right icon to move the text to the right or left.
Superscript & Subscript
To make text appear as a sub or super script, select the text that should be changed, then click the appropriate icon/button to modify the text.
Undo / Redo
Use the back and forward arrows to undo a current action or redo the action, if you've gone back too far.
