SAM's Template Designer is meant to give a consistent feel to all your email and print communications. A default style should be setup via the Default Font Settings for all Templates, so users won't need to change text within a template, except for special cases.
If you use a completely different style in a Template, use the Font Settings link on the Sidebar to change the Font-Properties for the template you are working on instead of just one area. Making a change to Font Settings will not effect previously modified text, only the text using the Default Template Font Settings for this template.
If your template output has different font-styles, use the Remove Format icon to strip the formatting. A common cause of having mismatched styles is due to pasting from another program.
