Cover Page Redirect allows users to present relevant fields and sidebar links on a Cover Page for different program types. Cover Page Redirect is setup on a List Field (dropdown or radio-button).
SAM is setup by default with Cover Page Redirects enabled for the following fields:
- Family - Case Type/Program (International, Domestic, etc.)
- Child - Child Current Program (Foster Care or Adoption)
- Birth Mother - Birth Mother Program (Adoption or Pregnancy Counseling)
Setup Cover Page Redirect
Only one field can be designated on the Main Entity or Case table.

In SAM, open Field Properties for desired field > click Advanced Options (sidebar) > click Set as Cover Page Redirect > an Information pop-up will open > click Ok, Close Click Cover Page Redirect Using list value > click edit icon on desired list item > select desired Cover Page form > Save |
Cover Page Redirect is shown on the Table Properties screen when set.

In SAM, click Settings > Tables & Fields > select Table (Main Entity or Case) |
Disable Cover Page Redirect

In SAM, click Settings > Tables and Fields > select Table where Cover Page Redirect Field resides > click Field Name to access Field Properties > click Advanced Options (sidebar) > click "UN-Set as Cover Page Redirect-Field > This field has been DISABLED as the Cover Page Redirect-Field > click Ok, Close The list will no longer contain the Cover Page Redirect attribute. All records will open to the Default Cover Page. |
