If your organization has the donor module, a donation can be added from the Donor folder, the Home Screen or a Donor form.
- Open the donor folder.
- Click Add Donation from the side menu bar.
- Enter the donor. All other information is optional.
When adding a donation, a donor is required. If the donor is unknown or chooses to remain anonymous, select the appropriate option from the Search page.
The Donor Recipient is not required to enter a donation. You can choose a recipient from entities included in the system or enter one manually. Manual selections should be used when a donation is only given one time.
The donation will be shown on the Donor Overview Form in the Donations Selection section.
