Auto Action Emails can be set to Confirm before sending, which will prompt designated users to send an email rather than automatically sending the email when triggered.
We recommend to Confirm Before Sending for emails that are to external customers/clients, especially when the Auto Action is recently created.
When viewing the email communication, SAM presents the user with several options:
Confirm and Send Email - sends the message to the recipient email addresses and will also copy the email to the Communications on the record's sidebar.
Edit Body - opens a WYSIWYG to write additional text and format the message.
Cancel - terminates the email from sending SAM will notify the user if the intended recipient does not have an email address entered for emails that are set to Confirm Before Sending.
