When a Checklist Configuration is modified, SAM does not automatically update Checklist sections that have been triggered for records. In other words, records are grandfathered in and do not receive updates when the checklist configuration is modified.
SAM will not retroactively apply Response Times and Responsible Employee Checklist Configuration changes to existing Checklist Items because this could skew historical data.
To update a record's checklist to include the new configuration modifications:
- Delete the checklist items from the section(s)
- Insert the Checklist section(s) manually
- Select the Checklist section that you want to add.
Bulk Update - Responsible Worker
It is possible to use Bulk Update from a Report to update the Responsible Worker from one person to another, in situations where a user takes over another's responsibilities.
