Because SAM is web-based software, you may sometimes encounter odd behavior when making or saving changes within SAM caused by your browser or settings.
For issues with site performance, including load time, save errors, and "frozen" pages, we recommend these initial troubleshooting steps before contacting support:
Ensure your browser is up-to-date. We support the most recent versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. Quickly see if your browser is up to date by visiting "What's My Browser?"
Disable plugins and/or extensions. Extensions - such as "AdBlock" - provide useful tools and services, but also interfere with the underlying code of websites. We recommend disabling all extensions while using SAM. You usually do this within your browser's "Settings" area.
When an error notification or "bug" is shown, the information you entered into the form before you got the error can be saved, saving you from duplicate entry so long as you keep the page "active." Press the back button to maintain this data entry.
