After you've update your temporary SAM password to one that is strong and unique, you can begin exploring and adding to your SAM database.
Add a new record
From the SAM home page, you'll see the option to add new records. Try adding a new one as a test record (we suggest giving the record a name like "Testing" so people know it isn't real).
These Add forms will often (or can with time)be setup like your Intake forms you're used to using. On save, you'll be directed to the record's Cover Page.
Edit a record
You already know how to find your own record via the Person tab, go ahead and fill in any missing information.
Delete a record
You can delete nearly all records by accessing the record, then click Advanced Options and Delete Record. Users must have the permission to delete records. Person records that have been given access to your SAM cannot be deleted.
All sub-records can be deleted using the same method. Though a red x will appear next to each record, so you can choose which to delete.
