SAM is where all your program records and case files will live. Depending on your organization, you may also use SAM for client forms, reporting, accounting, communication, and more.
Moving into a new system always takes some getting used to. The following guides are intended to give you the understanding and confidence you need to begin exploring and using SAM.
Before you begin
- Please ensure your browser is up to date by visiting this link. We find SAM works best on Chrome or Firefox.
- Add your agency's SAM url to your Desktop/Bookmarks to make completing the activities below easier.
Access your SAM system from your agency's SAM URL. This information will come from your SAM Admin. Once you access your SAM system, enter your SAM username and temporary password.
After you login for the first time, update your password, so you are the only person that knows your password to SAM.
I Don't Know My Login / Forgot My Password
Contact a SAM Admin for your organization. Any user with Full Admin Permissions can reset passwords.
