Checklists shared through Public Forms provide your team and clients an online space to coordinate documentation. Most checklist items shared with clients is paperwork required for their program.
Access Client Public Checklists

1. From Client Record In SAM, open a client's record > click Checklist (sidebar) > View Public Checklist |

2. From Form Customizer In SAM, click Settings (gear icon) > Forms > filter forms by "Public Form" > open desired checklist form (will have "checklist" in the title) > checklist form will open in Form Customizer |
Show Checklist Sections to Clients
Checklist Sections must be configured to be shown to clients through Checklist Configuration. When the Checklist Section is triggered on a client record, the client will be able to login and view the checklist items shown to them.

View Checklist as a Client

In SAM, open a client's record > click Checklist (sidebar) > View Public Checklist |
Share Checklist with Client

In SAM, open a client's record > click Checklist (sidebar) > click View Public Checklist (sidebar) > copy and paste the URL and share it with end users/clients through templates or other means From this link, end users will see the checklist items SAM Users set up for them. |
Link to Documents
Share documents so clients can download and complete the document locally. When they have a completed version, the client will upload it on the checklist.
End Users can click on the document icon to upload. The icon will update once a document is uploaded and the Date Completed will be entered.
Link to Public Forms
Connect other Public Forms to Checklists, so clients can enter data directly into SAM.
These Checklist Items have a different icon than documents to distinguish them. It's possible to include a Document for download/upload in conjunction with forms to complete for multiple client options.
Hide Visibility of Checklist Sections to Clients
This function allows your team to focus client's attention on specific checklist sections and limit access to modifying documents once a section is complete.
