Email Settings Hub is a space for SAM Leads to view email accounts authenticated to SAM and whether they are working properly.
Email Accounts - Enabled
This form shows users whose email account is authenticated and linked in SAM.
- Person ID - Person record ID of the user with email settings in SAM
- Full Name - Full name of the Person with email settings in SAM
- Email Address for Sending and Importing - Email address authenticated to be used in SAM
- Emails Account-Enabled - Yes/No if email account is authenticated
- Use OAuth - Confirms the email account is authenticated with OAuth protocol vs basic
- Email-Importing Enabled - Confirms the account has email importing enabled
- Email Importing Connected Successfully on Last Run - Confirms if email importing was successful on last run
Email Accounts - Failed
This forms shows users whose email account is no longer authenticated. This form has the same columns as Email Accounts - Enabled, with an additional column as described below.
- Email Sending Failure Date-Time - Date SAM recorded a failure to authenticate
View Disabled Emails
When users click this link, SAM will show a list of users that have had their email account authenticated to SAM that have had that function revoked.
Default Email Account
This link takes SAM Leads to setup the email account that will be the default for sending emails on behalf of the organization.

Email Importing Settings
This link takes SAM Leads to setup Email Importing.
Sent Emails Log
This report shows emails sent from SAM on behalf of your organization. These are emails sent from the Default Email Account or a User's Email Account.
Use this report to troubleshoot end user password requests, Auto Actions that send emails, and templated emails sent from within SAM.
